- The Alpha Foundation of Howard County, Inc. and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Phi Lambda Chapter of Columbia, MD are pleased to announce its 2012 scholarships for outstanding college bound students. Nine scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 will be awarded to Seniors in Howard County High Schools. Applications are due by March 14, 2012.
